As a third generation builder, Adam is rated Class A by the Virginia Board for Contractors and is licensed and insured. With 6 Years in the ARMY, a BA from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s from George Washington University, Adam is duly educated. He combines his strong business background and communication skills with his experience to build a trusted reputation for quality work in the Northern Virginia area.

Carly has a BA from Clark University and an MBA from George Washington University, with a Marketing focus. She currently applies her 8 years of work experience by running Schrager’s promotion and systems parts of the business. Adam and Carly's proudest moment yet is the introduction of the newest member of their family, Diana.
